This page gives instructions on installing how to export your email addresses from Outlook Express into a text file, which can be used as a whitelist for SpamPal.

1. Export Contacts

Go to File and select Export:
Now, select the Address Book option:
You will now be asked to select the Output type, which is Text File (Comma Separated Values) and then click Export:
Now set the location of where you want your email addresses to be exported to, for example, c:\whitelist.txt and then click Next:

You should now see the following screen, so un-tick all fields except the E-mail Address field

Finally, click Finish to start exporting your emails addresses to a file, for example: c:\whitelist.txt

2. Import into SpamPal's Whitelist

Once this had been completed, open Notepad and load the c:\whitelist.txt file, which should contain a list
of all your recently exported email addresses.

You now have to select all the email addresses that you want to whitelist (Ctrl-A) and Copy them all to the clipboard (Ctrl-C)

You should now, go into the SpamPal options screen and select the Whitelisted Email Addresses pane,
as seen in the screenshot below:
Now, Paste your email addresses from the clipboard (Ctrl-V) into the windows and click Apply.
You should now have whitelisted all your main Outlook Express Contacts
